With nearly a half century's experience in resistance and aerobic training and conditioning I have particular insight and experience in helping those over 60 seeking to improve their mobility, core balance and musclar strength.
The body changes with age. Understanding those changes allows us to adapt and continue forward with vitality, energy and mobility.
Being over 60 myself I am keenly aware of these changes and how to adapt and often correct and even in some cases reverse their impact.
